Meat is (on the way) out... Fish is in.
Sashimi that is. Here is a sample dinner for my friends to
emulate in front of the TV or with a favorite book.
This should be enough for four, but I
finished this all by myself, I am ashamed to say.
But do not be mistaken: Not that I did
not want to share it, but because I could not think of
anyone I'd rather share this with in a calling distance.
Those of you I'd give a lot in order to
be able to share know who you are. Stay healthy!
